I'm deeply grateful to receive this recognition as a speaker. Shape the Shift represents a message close to my heart, and standing on that platform to share it means everything to me. I thank the team for this honor and for creating space for voices like mine to speak truth and spark real change. Here's to shaping many more shifts together.

I’m holding the first piece of clay that Donald Brown, Sculptor & Inspirational Speaker of The Global Gallery Limited, London, will use to create the Booker T. Washington Monument for the National Black Business League. History touched before it was made. Grateful
Chosen to interview with Donald Brown, Sculptor & Inspirational Speaker of the Global Gallery Limited, London. At the 126th National Business League Conference…Grateful (I actually should have said: “ An Aura”… my bad)
"Being selected to represent Chance of a Lifetime was one of the greatest honors of my professional life. Every woman I met, every story I heard, and every breakthrough I witnessed reminded me why this work matters. I carry this experience with me as fuel for everything ahead, grateful to have stood on that stage representing a brand built on the belief that women in business deserve coaching, clarity, and a seat at every table. This journey confirmed what I already knew: when women are equipped and empowered, they change everything around them." -Carolyn
